Dan from Ukraine completed the 120-hour online TEFL course from ITTT. In this TEFL review video Dan tells us that he is currently teaching in China. The course gave Dan a lot of insight into teaching as well as plenty of materials and lesson plan ideas that he can use in his classes. Dan recommends signing up if you are thinking of teaching English abroad.
Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
This is hands down the most needed unit in the entire course. It really spoke to me and my needs as a teacher. It is what I had hoped I would find. I will read it multiple times and refer to it often, because this information is gold and it really scratched my itch and gave me exactly the information I had craved. I have a feeling that the next and final unit will be equally useful. In this unit, I have learned some effective ways of teaching English to young learners such as singing a song. Although it is effective to use them, teachers need to appropriately choose the material depending on the students' age in a classroom. In addition, when teachers choose the material or game for classes, there is the appropriate one that is suitable for the target language.
