The job of the teacher is to gives the student at much speaking time as possible. Some classroom arrangement with good planning would made this possible. To maintain discipline in the classroom is the same as positive results with the students learning progress. Also the teacher must always maintain good rapport with the students and gave them positive feedback on their works.This final unit has equipped me with necessary information in terms of how to proceed with job search and which aspects are to be taken into consideration. Different tips given regarding sensitivity of various cultures were especially beneficial. Furthermore, I benefited a lot from the sources which were recommended to consider as well as the explanation of how to create a CV.
