BookNook is based in the USA and they work in 35 different states. They teach kids from kindergarten to grade 8. Teachers must be a citizen or resident of the USA. They should also have either 1 year teaching experience and a bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a teaching credential program or 3 years of teaching experience.TESOL certificate preferred. BookNook is at the forefront of synchronous online learning platforms, delivering high-impact tutoring in reading and mathematics. We are a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionising online learning for students across the nation. Classes are groups of 1 – 4 students teachers will teach reading comprehension and literacy lessons online. It is a part-time job where you can work as little as 1.5 hours per week or up to 10 hours per week. They pay $18 USD per hour plus bonuses.
