Job brief
• Position: Online English Teacher
• Class duration: 45 minutes/ slot;
• Teaching time: from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm (GMT +7) | Monday – Sunday;
• Location: Home-based or any other convenient location in the world;
• Types of the program: General English for Vietnamese adult learners;
• The teaching platform integrates with Zoom.
• Class size: 1x6 or 1x3
• Pay rate (Before TAX): $9.4 - $15.0 per class slot (45 minutes)
Responsibilities
• Provide sufficient teaching slots as required;
• Tightly follow provided lesson plans and presentations to teach students general English skills or other Topica English programs;
• Correct pronunciation; grammar mistakes for students;
• Complete class feedback;
• Conduct substitute teaching when needed;
• Follow the requirements stated in the current effective Teacher’s Handbook.

Requirements
1. Education & Training
A Diploma/ University Degree;
English Language Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA);
2. Skills, Abilities, Experience
Achieve advanced English proficiency level;
Has a minimum of one to three years of English teaching experience. Online teaching experience is an advantage;
3. Technical Requirements
Operation System: at least macOS: 10.9 / Windows: 10 Professional;
Hardware: At least CPU: 4 core 1.8 GHz; RAM: = 8 GB;
Internet bandwidth: Ping<20ms; Upload > 20Mbps; Download > 30Mbps;
Have webcam; headphones and microphone;
4. Other
Should be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech-savvy.
