Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

in this unit of class management , it is clear that teacher is organizer of class . she/ he manages class with her/ his voice , eyes, gestures . classroom arrangement can be done in many ways depending on space available, material ;each arrangement has its own positive & negative aspect. other issue of class management are writing on board , TTT (TEACHERS TALK TIME ) , rapport building , discipline , giving individual attention .In this unit, I learnt the various tools and equipments that I can use while conducting a lesson. For an example, a video would be useful to grab students' attention while teaching them dialogues and interactions at the same time. From my previous experience as a student in class, I never liked my teachers using the OHP because it takes a long time to set up. It also gets messy if they kept reusing the same set of transparencies.
