Guilford School of English is looking for a native TEFL certified teacher to teach in Montevideo, Uruguay.

POSITION: teacher must give in-company lessons to train staff (doctors, technicians, administrative staff, etc) in a hospital. Teacher must be reliable, friendly, enthusiastic, flexible, good communicator, able to work in teams and eager to have fun teaching.

CONDITIONS: Temporary position. June till December 20, 2006

WORKING HOURS: 10 p/w

SALARY: USD 320 paid in local currency + accommodation

ACCOMMODATION: the School offers a medium-sized, well located studio fully furnished with private bathroom and other facilities

VISA: tourist

This information will allow for the teacher to help students on an individual basis and structure their course in a way that is geared towards developing the students' weaknesses. The language proficiency tests used around the world were also described at the end of the unit.Another teaching receptive skills are speaking and writing. this is also important in learning a new language. I learnt that we should engage students and motivate them more to see the output specially in speaking. Accuracy is usually a part of study phase. fluency is usually used in active phase. Teachers must have a control in the classroom specially in game time. there are many kinds of warmer games and active games.
