Reading and listening are equally important. When reading, we don't use just our ears and eyes but also our mind and we employ different skills. In teaching, the teacher should consider some factors for the students to understand what they read or listen. He /she should find materials suited and interesting for the students. There are many stages in reading and listening class hence, ESA patchwork approach is the best.I've learnt many useful websites and when I should use them. I've been taught how I can prepare myself according to what I teach. For example for practicing pronouncing, tongue twister activities are beneficial for the students. Besides every game has different goal and if I teach new vocabularies, a monopoly-styled board game can be useful for children and for win the game they must identfy the picture before moving on.
