Opportunity to Teach English in Turkey

This unit provided some more gritty information on establishing rapport with learners and managing the classroom. It went over classroom seating arrangement, splitting students into groups and pairs, and how to deemphasize the dominance of the teacher. I learned a lot about how to maintain rapport, including allowing students to correct each other - which I would have considered detrimental.This Unit 9 is one that I was especially eager to learn more about. As a teacher, one of the most challenging task is creating an effective lesson plan that is easy to follow and cohesive enough that everyone will be able to stay on the same page. I found this lesson to be particullarly helpful because it allowed me to see how an ideal lesson plan can look that also included the ESA methods.
