Recruitment Process at Açı Schools
Every year, in line with the determined staffing needs, advertisements are published in newspapers and WEB sites, and applications are evaluated on the WEBSITE.
The first interview takes place with Human Resources. The second interview takes place with the Academic Coordinator, School Principal/Deputy Principal / or Department Coordinator, and the process is completed with lectures.
Stakeholders who will be in the academic staff must be graduates of relevant departments in line with the required staff.
Teachers who have not graduated from education faculties are required to have received pedagogical formation. Knowledge of English as a foreign language is preferred.
Citizens of different countries are among the stakeholders of Açı Schools. Currently, in addition to Turkish citizens, the employees include citizens of the USA, England, Canada, Australia, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
