Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit on Managing a Classroom gave very good information on managing your classroom. A good number of things need to come together to have a well run classroom. You need to consider the seating arrangement and where each student will be sitting, where the teacher will be standing and also sitting during certain times of the lesson, and also what you will be doing during the class session to maintain the classroom.Unit 3 goes over how your course will be structured and how best to determine the needs and ability of your students. Covering such things as level tests and needs analysis, the unit helps the would be teacher in setting realistic goals and expectations for the class. It also gives examples of various tests and indications of their usage. Finally it suggests how the students could give feedback at the end of a course.
