This unit covers a lot of information about how a course is being started, developed and improved. As a teacher, many preparations are going to implement, the course syllabus desgin, the needs analysis, the assessment in different stage (in th middle of the course and the last stage).
Teacher has to know their students very well, what they are going to learn, the weakness and strength, the success of course objectives.This unit is very similar to the unit from the CTBE final chapter, with a few twists of course.
I'd like to say that I have really surprised myself with how well I have learned and developed from this ITTT course, had a few ups and downs for a spell, but with two of these units, I've thought I did terribly and yet have succeeded.
Certainly means I am headed in the right direction, looking forward to the next course !!
