Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

So far Unit 6 was the most interesting unit for me. It helped me understand how difficult this language could be for people to learn, at any age. Re-teaching myself something I learned many years ago, at a young age, again now as an adult is interesting. I use these tools probably everyday very unconsciously, but to really think deeply about them created a confusion I wasn’t prepared for. It was a nice wake-up for myself.Writing is an important part in productive skills. I feel the same that I never want to use too much time to spend on writing in the class. But this means children will get less opportunity to practice writing. Writing still is a difficult part in learning English. I learnt there are two different types of activities in speaking. There are accuracy activities and fluency activities. They all have different purpose of speaking.
