Suratthani International School (https://stis.ac.th) is Suratthani’s leading international school. We have one Grade 4 position available now and some positions in kindergarten and primary available starting in August, 2025. Many of our foreign teachers are in their second or third year with the school.
Suratthani International School is looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to join our amazing team of 16 foreign teachers and 25 Thai teachers to teach an IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum to the fun-loving children of Suratthani. Teachers spend a large portion of each school day with one small class of young learners. You can create real relationships with your kids. The students are well behaved, intelligent, and eager to learn! About the Positions:
The starting date for the Grade 4 position is as soon as the right person can get here. The starting date for the kindergarten and primary positions is August 1, 2025. These are homeroom teacher positions. The homeroom teacher is responsible to teach English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Health.
Position Details and Benefits:
Salary: 50,000+ THB per month based on qualifications and experience
Contract: 12 months
School Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday
Teaching Hours: maximum of 25 teaching periods per week
Class Size: maximum of 20 (kindergarten)/25 (primary) students per class
Guaranteed 35 paid holidays according to the school calendar
Housing: Assistance is given to locate and secure housing. Housing stipend starts in 2nd year.
Visa: NonImmigrant B visa assistance
Work Permit: Paid for and provided free once NonB Visa is obtained by teacher
