Once more, I like the Engage Study and Activate pattern practice put to good use with examples. It helps me see more clearly to the reality of the planning. Learning about Lesson plans is more reassuring that I first thought: I was scared by this \"assignment\" too often given to the teachers as being part of their duties. Now I see it as a real help for the teacher and not just a compulsory boring and useless paper track!Teaching receptive skills, such as reading and listening, are an important part of students' language learning. A major part of teaching these skills is getting students interested in the material, whether by picking topics that are of interest to them or by engaging them with the topic and asking questions that get them interested. Choosing appropriate texts that test and encourage student understanding is also important.
