We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our students' lifelong learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a warm, inviting, and stimulating classroom environment that reflects the principles of the Reggio Emilia approach.- Facilitate child-led, play-based learning experiences that encourage exploration, inquiry, and problem-solving.- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community members to support the holistic development of each child.- Document and assess children's learning progress through observation and reflection, maintaining detailed records of their growth and achievements.- Foster positive relationships with families, providing regular communication and opportunities for parental involvement in the educational process.- Continuously engage in professional development opportunities to deepen understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach and enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).- Relevant teaching experience in a Pre-K or early childhood setting, with a strong understanding of child development principles.
- TEFL/TESOL preferred.- Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia philosophy and its implementation in early years education.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflection.
