Lots of students have a hard time study tense, because there is no tense system in their language. Especially for Asian students, most of them only use one tense. This unit offers us details of present tense, such as simple present, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous. We received a great amount of information and examples that we can share them with our students in the future.The effect of seeing these two videos and the marked contrast between them is a great way to showcase good teaching practices versus poor ones. The first video showed a teacher that was unable or even unwilling to try and help his students understand the subject matter. The fact that they seemed to be following the same lesson plan really emphasized how attitude and rapport can affect a learning environment.
