The examples of created material in this unit was very helpful, especially for those of us who are not as creative. The use of authentic and non-authentic material is definitely useful and sometimes more useful than a course book. This unit did a great job of explaining what to look for when choosing a course book for the class. I can understand how important the course materials are to the success of the learner.In this unit, I have learned about teaching English to special groups. Special groups include beginners, individual students, children, and business English or English for Specific purposes. Groups of beginners include absolute beginners, false beginners, adult beginners, young beginners, and beginners without Roman alphabet. The methodologies and techniques of teaching different groups differ from one to another.
