Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I have learned a lot from this unit. I learned about the different types of tests and their uses. Placement tests are used to assess the language level of the students and then assign them to a particular class. Practice tests should follow the structure of the external examination for which the students will appear. I also learned about diagnostic tests and progress tests. Overall this was a very interesting unit.In this unit were described all present tenses - Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect, Present Perfect Continuous. Their form, usage and specifications. I find the section Typical student errors/mistakes really helpful because it gave me a real examples that I could be prepared for in the future. Also the ideas for different activities after each tense will be really helpful when I get to this point.
