Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This is an extremely enjoyable and, largely straightforward unit. The construction and usage of the future tenses are very well set out and explained. The usage of 'going to' future is rather difficult to absorb. This I feel will take a great deal more reading of the recommended texts on the subject before saying it is completely understood and even more study before I could possibly feel confident enough to teach it to students. In this unit, we learned about planning lessons, its functions like; an aid to planning, a working document, the importance of a record. Also the basic principles of lesson planning like keep it simple, no script, always maintain the same structure, write down the antecipated time for each activity, keep it flexible and open to adaptation etc. We also had present perfect simple and modal auxiliary verbs Might and May explantions.
