Part-time and full-time positions are available for qualified TEFL teachers at a school is situated in Banciao City, Taipei County. Train and MRT station are nearby. Both first-time and experienced teachers are welcome to apply. The level of our students are from grade schools. We also provide our teachers with housing subsidy, bonuses and so on. Unit 5 consisted of the theme Classroom management an essential compononent of teaching.It included discussion about eye contact,gestures,using your voice.The way in which students are grouped with the pros and cons of each as well as how to maintain discipline and establish rapport with different tips.It was interesting and gave me food for thought in particular working with very young or advanced students.The most important part of this unit is to comprehend what makes a good teacher which is a very important factor for his career. Secondly, is to comprehend what makes a student a good learner. If one should have a bad learner then maybe the teacher can motivate him to be a good one. Lastly, an important fact to distinguish students is to categorise them under the six levels of their ability to learn English.
