Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I have learned that this must be a particular area of the language that is tricky to teach. Even as a native English speaker I had to re-read the different conditionals. The indirect speech and reporting was easier and more instinctual for me. I like the teaching options that the unit offers and if I was teaching non-English speakers I would certainly implement some of these techniques. This section was an overview of the four \"present\" tenses: Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect, and Present Perfect Continuous. I have learned to distinguish between the four and have clarified their use in the English language. This chapter was exceedingly helpful, for though I use these regularly as a native speaker, I have not much thought about their specific natures.
