Position: Director of Teaching and Learning
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Teaching and Learning who will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum implementation across all stages of our whole school. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, staff, parents, and students to ensure that our educational programs align with the United States of America curriculum standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum qualification of a Masters Degree in Education or related field
- At least 2 years' experience as a Director of Teaching and Learning or similar role
- TEFL/TESOL certificate and/or diploma preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum design, assessment practices, instructional strategies, data analysis techniques.
- Ability to develop policies/procedures for effective teaching/learning processes.
- Experience working within an international setting would be advantageous.
