Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This really a good unit by showing two different classes. In the first class, we can find that most of the students are inactive and lazy. In order to be a vigilant teacher, it is better a teacher must be very active and well-prepared for hiss lesson. In the second class, the teacher is a very in jovial mood for his lecture, and all the students are very keen and interested for the entire lesson.I found this unit very helpful as I have struggled with classroom discipline in the past. My first inclination is to show raise my voice and show anger towards the student; however, I learned there is better alternatives. In fact, I was probably making the issue worse. Another helpful tip was using the persons name at the end of the question. This will help me keep the entire class on their toes!
