Maxus Formacion is a language school in Barakaldo, which is a 15-minute underground ride from Bilbao. We specialise in English for kids, teens, adults and businesses. We are a steadily-growing company always looking for new talented EFL teachers to join our core team. Your core teaching hours might be from about 15:00 until about 21:30. However, you may be asked to teach in the morning according to the needs of our 'business clients'.
You will be provided with continuous assessment, coaching and the possibility to attend TESOL and TEFL conferences in and around the Basque Country.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Paid holidays when the academic courses go on break for Christmas and Easter.
The pay rate for teachers at Maxus is between 1200-1300€ gross a month based on 22 teaching hours spread over Monday to Friday. This includes one week of paid induction at the beginning of the academic year, as well as one week at the end of the academic year dedicated to planning and admin tasks in preparation for the next course.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid EU passport
• Full mastery of English across all skills to a CEFR C2 level
• Teaching English certificate (CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL)
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience with students of all ages (we’ll highly consider those applicants with experience in teaching kids from the age of 3-8 and Cambridge English exam preparation)
