We recruit teachers to teach English at various schools throughout Korea. Students in these schools range from kindergarten to high school to adults. We take a person's qualifications and preferences to determine the best school for them. Then we help the teacher to get the appropriate contract based on their education and experience. We offer information about teaching in Korea as preparation. Also, there is an agent waiting in Korea to help the teacher adjust to their new surroundings. The equipment usually helps teacher a lot. Hardly ever we can imagine an effective lesson without video or audio files. It`s absolutely necessary for children to work with their pronounciation so we sing songs and repeat tongue twisters. It allows to add new vocabulary, using picture on the website and even play some games connected with a grammar. Cartoons involve students into the process of learning. Projects can be used with adults.Unit 20 was both a useful unit but also felt the most 'tacked on'. It was useful reading in more detail about possible issues I would encounter and a few ways to deal with them. However, I felt that this unit was short, light, and less engaging than other units. For example, the Reluctant Students section was only a short paragraph with four bullet points. I wish that it was a little longer and went into more options and what not to do.
