Gangnam English Academy Seeking Great Kindergarten Teachers, Starting at 3.4mil per monthWe are looking to add to our team of 20 native English teachers for our English Academy and Kindergarten at Sinsa Dong 649-1, for a contract starting March 1, 2021.   Kindergarten Homeroom/Afterschool TeacherTeachers are responsible for one kindergarten classroom of 5, 6, or 7 year olds from 9:30-2:30 each day with one hour lunch break. Planning time is available when the students are taking subject classes like gym, science, art, and music. In the afternoons, teachers will teach elementary students for a two-hour class and have two hours of planning time, ending the day at 6:30. We also have shorter after-school schedules ending at 3:30 or 5:00 available.About UsOur school is different from other hagwons. Founded by an American and Swedish couple in 2013, it is a genuinely fun environment with lesson plans geared around speaking, writing, science, literature, and debate, with plenty of games and activities. We now have a team of 20 awesome Native English Teachers and 20 excellent bilingual Co-Teachers who make this a fun, collaborative place to work. This is not a job for people who just go through the motions of teaching. We are looking for smart, dynamic, fun, and very enthusiastic people.
