Date posted:2011-09-19 | Writer: Educacentre Pushkin | Email: [email protected]

Educacentre, one of the biggest language schools in St. Petersburg, opened its only subsidiary, in Pushkin, in Autumn 1998. This branch has developed into a small but very professional and well-known school and we are now urgently seeking TEFL qualified native English speaking teachers to teach all aged students on constant or an hourly rate basis. We also have regular opportunities for freelance candidates in the local region (Saint-Petersburg). To apply send your resume, cover letter and a recent photograph to the e-mail address given on the job heading.Educacentre in Pushkin4 RadischevePushkinSaint-PetersburgRussiaTel: +7 812 465 3920Fax: +7 812 465 3917

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit breaks down the structure of conditionals, bringing tenses back into the fore ground and demonstrating their relevance in the structure of speech. The reported speech section explains the correct way to structure a sentence if you are relaying what other people have said. Once again this unit provides a useful insight into technicalities that are taken for granted as a native English speaker.I learned about the different kinds of tests that teachers can give to students. Diagnostic and placement tests are designed to quantify what students already know. Progress tests are meant to ascertain how much students have learned over a number of classes. Practice tests are generally used to prep students for external exams meant to certify that a student is fluent in English, such as the TOEFL.
