Nice way to explain how the teacher should manage her class. As a previous, I am familiar with these intervention, but it is really to forget once you are in the classroom. This was a nice refresher for me to remember how important my actions are in order to keep a harmonious classroom experience. As teachers we are humans, too and we make mistakes, but it important to keep these management skills in mind.This unit taught me how to teach different groups of students whether old, young, groups or individuals. It is important to find out exactly what their wants and needs are to plan your future lessons. Class discipline is very important to maximize the learning time. It is important to avoid using the students mother tongue, you should always use English and make sure you give clear and simple instructions.
