We look for a qualified and dynamic Early Years Teacher for Letovo Junior School campus which is situated in the city center. Our candidate should be internationally minded with a demonstrable passion and deep understanding of Letovo School vision, mission and values.
Main responsibilities
• Planning and conducting classes for yearly years children aged 2 to 5 according to the school educational program;• Monitoring of academic performance, behavior, social development and physical health of children;• Systematic analysis of the effectiveness of classes and teaching approaches, monitoring and evaluation of learning achievements based on testing and other control methods in accordance with learning capabilities of children;• Participation in designing of educational programs;• Realization of modern, interactive, forms and methods of educational work in various types of children's activities (educational, game, sports, arts, etc.);• Setting educational goals that promote the development of students, regardless of their abilities and character, individual development plan;• Regulation of students' behavior to ensure a safe educational environment, including cooperation with other responsible staff members (tutor, psychologist, speech therapist, etc.);• Classroom management and providing feedback to supervisors and parents;• Teamwork with other teachers• Assessment, reporting;• Participation in PT conferences, extra curriculum programs
Requirements
• Degree in Early Education
• TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with young years’ age• Experience teaching using the EYFS framework
