Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Unit 2 described the different parts of speech. The major parts include nouns, adjectives, articles, verbs, adverbs, gerunds, pronouns, prepositions, and conjunctions. Each part of speech can then be subdivided. For example, verbs can either be transitive or intransitive. In addition, verbs have four principal forms. It's also worth noting that with most of the rules in unit 2, there are exceptions. From this unit i learnt that the second demonstration video was more interesting than the first demonstration video. In the second video the teacher is an experienced teacher that engaged, managed, encouraged, motivated, the classroom during his lesson. While the second demonstration video showed a boring, demoralized class because of lack of motivation and encouragement by the inexperience teacher.
