Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit is centred on future tenses. In English, future meanings can be expressed in several ways. The most common future tenses are seven: Future Simple; Future Continuous; Future Perfect; Future Perfect Continuous; Be going plus infinitive form of a verb; and, finally, both Present Simple and Continuous can be used to talk about the future too. Each tense offer should be used in a different way too convey particular meanings. In this unit we have covered different techniques which a teacher should utilize when managing their class. The techniques used will vary based on each class, some factors which dictate which technique to use are; size of the class, personalities of the students, level of English known by students...etc. It is also handy to know, a teacher can make effective use of gesturing and variations in their voice to engage their students.
