Currently recruiting 4 qualified and experienced teachers to teach general English at a newly established University in the secure Northern region of Iraq. Using Task based methodology you will teach groups of up to 20 students in a pre foundation class. The majority of the students are currently at Pre-Intermediate level and need to have a sufficient level of English to enter the University's Foundation programme. You will have up to 25 contact hours plus administrative duties. Required qualifications: Native English speaker Min CELTA/Trinity TESOL Cert or equivalent; DELTA preferred 3 years TEFL experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred qualifications: Overseas experience in a post-conflict or developing country environment.
