Alasala Language Institute is looking for qualified English teachers currently living in the KSA with a transferable IQAMA to join their elite team!

*Looking for qualified native English teachers from the USA, Canada, or United Kingdom with experience teaching post-secondary school students (university level) face-to-face in a classroom setting and a TESOL/TEFL certificate qualitifcation. Teachers must be living in KSA with a transferable iqama.

Successful candidates will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging English language lessons tailored to meet the needs of Arabic college students.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of English language acquisition principles, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for teaching.Job Duties include the following:-Implementing the school curriculum and providing engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.-Provide academic support and guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs and challenges.-Foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment that respects the cultural backgrounds and beliefs of students.-Use excellent written and oral communication skills.-Communicate regularly with students and colleagues in a professional manner.-Actively and positively participate in all meetings.-Meet all established deadlines.-Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.Qualifications Include the following:-Must hold a passport from one of the following countries : USA, Canada, South Africa, Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand.-Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Language Teaching, Education, Linguistics OR related field OR TEFL, TESOL, CELTA equivalent teaching certification.-Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to college-level students. (preferred but not mandatory)-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicatewith diverse groups of students.-Familiarity with educational technology and digital learningresources.-Cultural sensitivity and awareness working in the Kingdom of SaudiArabia.-Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.Benefits Include the following:-Total: SAR 14,000 per month (includes base pay, accommodation allowance, and transportation costs) *Roughly $3,700 USD per month (negotiable based on qualifications)-Medical Insurance-Airfare to Home Country (annual leave): Employee + 1 dependent
