Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Another interesting unit regarding tenses! Once I understood the forms of each tense, the usages as explained in the course material looked clear and straight forward. The actual challenge for me will be to explain the usages of the tenses to students without having to refer to the course material. I noticed how challenging this was when I went through Task 4 and Task 5 on the task sheet. There are various teaching groups that teachers can teach. They vary in age, cultural backgrounds, and stage in life. Course load varies among different language levels as well as time outside of class. For example, if they are coming in due to business, they may not have the time to do home and also be tired from work. Each specific group, requires different tactics and teaching approach.
