Job Description:
As the Head Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence and consistency of our educational programs. You will lead a team of passionate teachers, oversee curriculum development, and implement strategies to enhance teaching quality. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our growth and maintaining our reputation for academic excellence.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Experience:
Managing Teachers: 2 years (Required)
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Oversee and manage a team of 15-20 teachers.
- Ensure adherence to teaching standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Curriculum and Instruction:
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers to improve lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of our educational programs.
Teacher Development:
- Identify professional development opportunities for teachers.
- Organise training sessions and workshops to improve teaching skills.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative teaching environment.
Operational Management:
- Ensure timely attendance and manage teacher schedules.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, and training of new teachers.
- Develop contingency plans to cover teacher absences and maintain class continuity.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in educational leadership or similar roles.
• TESOL diploma preferred.
• Strong understanding of English language teaching and exam preparation.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators.
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
