As teachers we must always preview students difficulties and plan on how to deal with them. Difficulties in class can come from students or teacher as well as physical structures. A good teacher will preview them and have an idea on how to solve each on. Experienced teachers will surely know how to deal with every single problem even it been challenge. New teachers should carefully try to solve it giving their best.Unit 10 delved into the details of testing as it pertains to English language learners. There are many different tests for the many different phases and levels of learning. For example, placement test are done prior to starting class, progress tests are taken during, and external examinations are taken afterward and meeting the requirements of these exams is often the motivation for students to take English classes.
