*Responsibilities:*- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans- Create a positive and engaging learning environment- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development- Collaborate with parents and colleagues for student success- Conduct assessments to track individual progress
*Qualifications:*- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field- State teaching certification
- TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred- Proven experience in teaching kindergarten or early childhood education- Familiarity with diverse teaching methods and techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Preferred Skills:*- Creativity in designing interactive and stimulating activities- Knowledge of play-based learning approaches- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom culture
