Very interesting Unit with a lot of practical matters that we teachers face in our teaching experience. I really appreciate the list of possible solutions or activities given in the Unit that I can use when meet some of this troubleshooting matters arise. For me it's very helpful the content about the different levels and large groups, because it the reality in my work and sometimes a bit hard to handle with.This unit has taught me how to design a syllabus based on different requirements of the companies. It has taught me how to do placement test, perform a needs analysis and make sure I do the progress tests as well. The unit also shows how to make the needs analysis suit the necessary levels and departments of the company. I have also learnt that giving a course evaluation at the end of the course is necessary.
