This final unit summarized many of the problems that can arise in language learning classes and offered \"troubleshooting\" solutions to these problems. The use of English, rather than resorting to using the students' native languages, was stressed. Learning the needs and expectations of each group of students is also very important. I learned techniques for motivation and inclusion of all students in large classes.This unit gives me hope about employment. I learnt that you don't need to have specialised in a particular sector for you to teach English. Acronyms helped me to know the importance of each. The unit was easy to understand. It also gives an overview of what to expect salary-wise and how many hours to dedicate to your work weekly when working for a company. I want to teach Business English, it sound more interesting.
