Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit has not been as difficult since we have already been through part of the content in unit 3. I have learnt how learning new language and it's vocabularies can be difficult for the students. I personally find that grammar are one of the biggest challenge to anyone who is trying to learn English language. Therefore, teacher should find an easy and clear way to explain its usage, structure, form/patterns etc to their students. This unit was a perfect summary of troubles a teacher could face in the classroom. The warmers and first class advice are really inspirational. It gives a lot of ideas to me how to deal with my first class. Dealing with large classes is always challenging, but I guess this units thoughts gives me the proper tools to deal with it. In addition, it reminds me of a really important rule that I should avoid the student's native language.
