Instituto Gardner Cozumel, a Bilingual Secondary/High School in Cozumel, seeks an EFL teacher with proven experience working with teenagers. We are looking for an active, creative and responsible teacher to join our team. The candidate must have the appropriate qualifications, be enthusiastic and have the ability to use blended learning in the classroom (technology combined with traditional), while following the principles of the multiple intelligences. If you are a native level speaker, we require that you also possess basic Spanish language, or are dedicated to learning the language, to enable integration.

In Unit 2, I learned that there are inappropriate and appropriate ways in which to engage 5- to 9-year-old and 9- to 13-year-old students. Although I agree with the general categories of likes and dislikes of each age group, I also believe that these likes and dislikes can vary widely from class to class (and may depend more on the collective personalities of each individual student in one class).I think evaluation by the students plays a great role since it promotes genuine interaction, develop a much greater awareness among students of what is happening in the classroom and helps the teacher to understand better on how the students reacts to what he/she does. test is another important way of evaluation it give more details on who and level of understanding of every student at each level.
