Universidad De La Costa, Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca, has TEFL university positions with attractive benefits starting August 2020. Teachers teach 5 classes daily and have the opportunity to contribute to other areas of the faculty and the local community.
LOCATION:
University Campus in Pinotepa Nacional, 25 kilometres from the Costa Region or Costa Chica on the Pacific coast of the state of Oaxaca, Mexico.
BENEFITS:
Net salary is $13,500 Mexican pesos a month. Teachers also receive benefits including healthcare, savings plan, bonuses and 5 weeks paid vacation. Actual salary fluctuates with the number of days in the month. When the savings fund and Christmas bonus are factored in, the actual take home pay works out to about 17,500 Mexican pesos per month.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful applicants will be native level speakers with a Bachelor's degree (the latter being a minimum requirement for teaching at university level in Mexico). TESOL/TEFL training is preferred although ability in Spanish is not required, but considered a definite asset.
