Centro Cultural Multilingual (CCM Idiomas) is offering a full time position for a TEFL qualified native level English teacher in the city of Querétaro, México.

GENERAL DETAILS:

- Maximum 32 hours a week teaching

- Some Saturday events (once a month approx)

- Classes both in our school and in local companies

- 6 month contract

SALARY & BENEFITS:

$9,500MXN per month payment

Additional $8,000MXN travel bonus upon completion of contract.

REQUIREMENTS:

Spanish is preferred, but not required

1 year experience preferred, but not required

TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or similar essential for position

Unit 16 is a basic ESL resource chapter. The applicant to be is given a few different options of employment web sites. This unit also give a over view of proper preparation of C.V. and what questions should be considered when entertaining a job interview. The unit also delves into the importance of intercultural communication and the general do's and don't of a specific region or country.In this unit, I learned about the importance of the two receptive skills reading and listening and how theyâ€™re both important but also having prior knowledge of the context is important. I learned that teachers need to consider a lot of different things when it comes to engaging students such as choosing an interesting topic, and making sure the task is challenging but also achievable.
