Job Description
As the Lead English Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality work-related training and development programs to improve individual skills and organisational performance. Your role includes analysing organisational training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented teaching methods. You will also be responsible for leading functional teams or projects/programs, taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions to address complex educational challenges.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Design and execute high-quality English courses, ensuring that lessons meet organisational goals.
Evaluate and analyse existing teaching methods for effectiveness, continuously researching and implementing innovative approaches to enhance learning.
Conduct regular assessments to measure the progress of individuals or groups and adapt teaching methods as needed.
Analyse organisational training needs, identifying skills gaps and developing strategies to address those gaps.
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop and refine materials and resources for effective English instruction.
Mentor and support other English teachers in the development of their instructional strategies and professional growth.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to professional development, staying current with trends and best practices in teaching English.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences related to English education and organisational development.
Comply with all relevant educational policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines.
Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Has 7 to 9 years of work experience
Education
Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications
TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred.
