Colegio Nueva Granada’s story has been one of continual innovation and progressive thinking since our founding in 1938. This same spirit drives us to provide a 21st-century holistic education focused on our Vision of “Educating the Mind, Strengthening the Body, and Developing Character for Leadership and Service in the World of Today for a Better Tomorrow.”
At CNG, students from nearly 50 countries participate in a robust, college-preparatory program with well-rounded curricular components based on the highest standards from the United States and Colombia. Over 98% of our graduates attend highly competitive universities around the world.
We know all children have the ability to achieve high-level academic and personal goals, and it is our mission to ensure they reach their individual potential for excellence and fully develop our Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Responsibility, and Caring. Our students consistently demonstrate industry-leading academic achievement on international tests and have caring adults at school to advocate and support their individualised learning journeys.
CNG has distinguished itself among international schools by offering one of the most comprehensive gifted and talented programs as well as the most inclusive and highly regarded learning-support program in the world. This – along with design thinking and project-based learning embedded at all levels, more than 30 Advanced Placement courses, a wide range of support services, engaging co-curricular activities and experiential learning opportunities, competitive sports that build leadership and character, and meaningful service impact through our partnership with the Fundacion Hogar Nueva Granada – make CNG a leader in international education.
