Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

after watching these 2 video we can say that second lesson was much more effectively because: -teacher was smiling, used eye contact, had a positive and engaging attitude; -used gesture; - the students participate effectively; - the voice was clarity and loudly; - the teacher asked about students names. the students on the first lesson were encourage, confuse and intimidated, they could not understand the lesson point. This unit has provided me a basic overview of what makes a good learner and what makes a good teacher. It has allowed me to understand not just the characteristics of these, but also the roles that both a teacher and a learner fit into. It has also allowed me to understand some of the issues that maybe faced in a EFL classroom, such as motivating students and being a teacher that the students can enjoy being taught by.
