I do not have much experience in business outside of marketing and advertising, and so am looking forward to learning more about this world alongside how to teach in it. I still do not have much experience as an English teacher, but I am hoping that the study I put into this unit, and the knowledge and skills I gain from it, specifically in syllabus design for specific audiences, will help me be a better teacher.I think that planning lesson is crucial for teachers and mostly for inexperienced teachers. It allows to conduct lessons in a scheduled way and to achieve the learners objectives. I consider time planning a key point as it enables the teacher to feel confortable in all phases of the lesson. Anyhow our planning should not prevent us to be flexible, as some change may be necessary to meet the needs of the students.
