Starting this course, I am excited to add to my knowledge I learned from progressing through the TEFL course. I am looking forward to gaining more skills and information relevant to adult learners and more specifically, working adults that have specific English goals. While I have experience teaching general English adult learners, I feel business-oriented learners have a stronger motivation to improve.Evaluation is a must in order to determine where on the learning curve students stand. Evaluation can be conducted under various forms and knowing which one to use is an essential skill for a teacher. Having said so, most schools have adopted an uniform evaluation process which need to be followed by teachers. Knowing how to conduct them and how to prepare students for evaluation is therefore important.
