Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This chapter helped to summarize the past tenses system and structure.Past tenses obviously relate to past time periods.Irregular past tense verbs can be a difficulty for many students of English.During the teaching I think the best way to remember these rules is to ask the students to say it out , and the teacher show it out. and ask the weak student if they don't understand.Practice makes perfect. This unit has taught me the different ways to incorporate new language into class activities. I have learnt how to introduce new language and what information to teach students about new vocabulary such as it's pronunciation, how it is used, how it is spelt and how it interacts with other words. Ive also learnt how the different teaching techniques fit into a typical English lesson in the classroom.
