Also to be able to build a good rapport with the students in the class, and to help the students themselves build friendships. Gaining the need skills to understand behavioral issues, there causes and what techniques to use to deal with and handle the situations in the class. and great advice to not be too proud to ask for help from other colleagues.This unit has taught me a lot on different ways of evaluating, measuring and tracking students levels and progress. I am now aware there are different tests to measure where the students stand prior to starting a class as well as throughout the class. This will make me feel more confident knowing the what I am teaching the students is actually being retained and learned. I look forward to tracking this progress with my students.
